Hi, I’m Laura, Founder of LM Gems.

Over the past 7 years, I’ve embarked on an incredible journey of discovering my love and passion for gemstones. This journey has allowed me to take part in once-in-a-lifetime adventures, from learning how to identify various gemstones to discovering the wholesale and retail sales, delving into the business side of the industry, even going on a trip to the diamond bourse of Mumbai, and last but not least, a unique experience into the mines of Sierra Leone. My passion for gems was undeniably reinforced after having the chance to work in the historical market of Antwerp in Belgium, where I understood diamonds in a peculiar and unique way. There is a substantial amount of misconception and misinformation about the diamond industry, so I would like to change the way people perceive it and adjust the narratives that are being told. 

With that being said, I would love to translate my passion, my learnings, my techniques, and my knowledge to you with an authentic approach that is completely personal.
